Announcement of Allen & Buckeridge IV Limited Partnership
We are pleased to offer new and existing investors the opportunity to join our new venture growth equity fund, Allen & Buckeridge IV Limited Partnership. This fund will be established under a recently approved investment vehicle, initiated by the Commonwealth Government. This investment vehicle will entitle investors a flow-through 100% tax exemption on income and capital gains received from the fund. We are also encouraging our investors who have their own flow of business proposals to bring these deals to our table for diligent review and have the opportunity to co-invest with the new fund.
