Viva Blu is developing a relatively low CO2 emitting, low cost water purification technology that eradicates - or reduces to safe levels - remaining trace concentrations of harmful organic molecules and pathogens that follow advanced treatment processes such as reverse-osmosis and membrance water filters. The growing concern of residual harmful contaminants in municipal and industrial water treatment plants has only recently emerged as society observes their pervasiveness and impact on humans and the environment.
